Booking Terms and Conditions
You can dine in our Dining Room or Bar Dining Area. Please select the number of people, date and time to see what area we have available for your group. Due to demand, we request your table is returned after a set amount of time which will be shown as you follow through the online process.
The easiest and quickest way to book is through our website. This is only available for groups of 6 people or less.
For bookings of 7 or more please note you’ll be seated across multiple tables. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred date, time and number of guests. To confirm these large reservations, we will need to hold your card details. A secure link will be emailed to you after your booking is made, in which you will need to input valid card details within 24 hours of the link being sent. Failure to enter these details within 24 hours will void the reservation. These card details will be stored securely, and only charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your booking. After this time a £10pp late cancellation fee applies.
Free-Flowing Brunch – Pre-booked tickets for Tinga Free-Flowing Brunch events are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to another guest when the lead booker emails email@example.com 1 week in advance of the event to notify us of the change. We will require a full name, telephone number and email address for the new person taking lead of the booking and therefore redeeming the purchased tickets. Tinga would not be involved in the transferring of funds between groups for this change. Tinga accepts no responsibility for booking transfers.
