Group Bookings

Please see below for all terms and conditions associated with group bookings.

Timings

• Your reservation time and leave time are shown on your confirmation email. We politely request your arrive on time for your booking, and vacate your table back on time.

Seating Arrangements and Service Style

• Your party may be split over multiple tables due to maximum table sizes and availability. We endeavour to group tables as close together as possible, in order that your group has a wonderful fiesta with us. However, they will not always be joined.

• We operate full table service. Each table will be served individually to ensure food and drinks go to the right guests and to make billing easier for both you and our team. With this in mind, we politely ask that your group does not go up to the bar to order or pay, instead, please attract the attention of a member of the team who will be glad to assist you.

• We do not operate on pre-orders, and your group will have full choice of our dishes as we offer all diners our A La Carte menu, which we find less restrictive than a set menu.

Decorations

• You are welcome to bring decorations and balloons for your booking. However, we do not permit any decorations to be fixed to walls, furniture or décor. We also do not permit confetti of any kind. All decorations must be taken with you at the end of your booking.
  

Payment

• If your group are intending to pay individually, the team do not get involved with bill splitting or calculations. We do accept payment across multiple cards. Therefore, it would be up to the people sat on each table to work out what they had, their portion of the bill and to let our team member know what they are paying. We ask that the group do not approach the bar to pay, as it becomes chaotic and takes much longer.

• Our team do their utmost to give you the full Tinga experience during your group fiesta. For that reason, a discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to all bills. Please let your server know should you wish this to be removed.
  

Free Flowing Brunch Events

Pre-booked tickets for Tinga Free-Flowing Brunch events are non-refundable.

However, they are transferable to another guest when the lead booker emails info@tingasalisbury.com 1 week in advance of the event to notify us of the change. We will require a full name, telephone number and email address for the new person taking lead of the booking and therefore redeeming the purchased tickets.

Tinga would not be involved in the transferring of funds between groups for this change.

Tinga accepts no responsibility for booking transfers.

2-4-1 Cocktails

• Offer applies to cocktails and mocktails listed on the drinks menu in venue only.
  
  
• The free drink must be the same as the one purchased
  
  
• Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.
  
  
• This promotion is available for a limited time only.
  
  
• Tinga reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to the offer.
